Returns and Refunds​

What is your return policy?

In case you have changed your mind, we can accept returns.
Please send us an email to sparkle@gangoflust.com with your name, address and order number within 14 days of receiving the parcel and stating the reason for return.

Please note, that we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping,  parcels lost in transit and damages if package was not properly packed.

We can only accept return for unworn items, that are send back in the original packaging.

A refund or exchange will be arranged once we receive the jewelry back in good condition.

What if I received a damaged item?

Every piece is quality checked, but in unlikely case of a fault,
Gang of Lust will accept returns and exchanges if your jewelry is damaged upon receiving the order.
We must receive an email to sparkle@gangoflust.com within 14 days of package delivery.

Please provide a full description of the fault, along with images. After inspection of the case, depending on the damage our team will get back to you and we may provide a store credit or we will ship a new item, if the same article is still on stock available.

When sending back the item, make sure it is unworn and in original packaging.

Store credit or replacement for damaged goods will not be made if not reported within 14 days of delivery of the product.
